For instance, Dr. Anne Libby, Associate Professor at the University of Colorado, Denver, has received funding from a major grant from the National Institutes of Health to bring mentorship training to UC Denver faculty. The goal of the grant is to improve the career success of scientists and physicians who want their clinical and biomedical research to impact communities more effectively. Dr. Libby and Judy Zerafa are collaborating to create this new mentoring curriculum using Judy Zerafa's Seven Keys to Success Life Program™. The plan is to expand the training to reach residents and medical students in the near future.
